Singapore Cricket Association (SCA) constituted as a society on 4th November 1965 is the official governing body of the sport of cricket in Singapore. SCA is Singapore’s representative as an associate member of the International Cricket Council since 1974 and also a member of the Asian Cricket Council.
The SCA is governed by the Singapore Sports Council, the Commissioner of Charities, the Registry of Societies, as well as the board of SCA’s Committee Members. The SCA Constitution, which is the main governing instrument, has been approved by all governing bodies. The SCA’s constitution comprises regulations for the governance of club memberships, national players, management committee and accounts, amongst others.
